All Yoga Classes are held in Cindy's small private studio. The class size is kept to a maximum of 9 students to ensure personalised attention. You can attend classes via Zoom, please contact Cindy directly to organise this.

Classes are 1 hour 30 minutes and suitable for all abilities. Drop-in classes are £15 each, or you can save by block-booking 4 classes for £48.
Thursday Evening Classes are by invitation only. Drop-in classes are £16 per session, or you can save by block-booking 4 classes for £52. This class is 1 hour 45 minutes. Please speak to Cindy before booking this class to discuss suitability.

Private Tuition
This is how yoga was originally taught, personal tuition specifically tailored to your needs. It is a great way to deepen your practice whether you are a complete beginner or a long term practitioner.
Private tuition could be helpful if you have a particular area of the body that is causing you problems, perhaps from an injury or muscles that have limited flexibility or need strengthening.
One-to-one sessions may help especially if you have habitual problems.

Before Class
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class but no more than 15 minutes before class.
Wear comfortable stretchy clothing that will allow a wide range of movement.
I provide all Yoga equipment but since COVID, I encourage students to bring their own mats where possible.
Please avoid wearing strong perfume, essential oils, cologne and other scents. Respect the space and your fellow students by keeping your mat and body clean and odour-free.
Allow 2-3 hours to elapse after a heavy meal or 1 hour after a light meal.
Yoga is practised barefoot.
Please ensure electronic devices are switched off, or choose silent rather than vibrate.
Please let me know if you have any injuries, limitations or concerns.
Please do not step on other people's mats, it is their sacred space.
On the mat
Yoga is a lifelong practice and there is no need to do it all on the first try.
There is no competition.
It is an opportunity for you to practice relaxed awareness of your body, breath and mind.
Challenge yourself but don't push too hard.
Yoga should never be painful.
If you can't breathe, it's a warning to back off a little, give yourself a moment and reduce the intensity of the pose.

Please be considerate to my neighbours by parking your car responsibly, preferably on the adjacent slip road leading into Weavers Ring. Thank you.
Cancellation Policy
I greatly appreciate your understanding and support as a self-employed yoga instructor. Cancellations can impact both my schedule and availability for other clients, so please keep the following in mind:
24-Hour Notice: To avoid being charged, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a class. Please note that a class can only be transferred once.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full class rate, and unfortunately, cannot be transferred.
I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Please reach out if you have any concerns, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.
