Welcome to Cindy Robins Yoga, where over 20 years of teaching experience blend with a deep passion for holistic well-being. Cindy Robins, a Senior Yoga Teacher certified by Yoga Alliance, brings together Sivananda and Scaravelli-inspired yoga traditions in her unique, mindful approach to movement.

 

Her classes focus on how yoga feels in your body, encouraging patience, self-compassion, and the principle of Ahimsa—non-violence towards yourself and others. With an emphasis on gentle, intuitive movements and relaxation, Cindy creates a welcoming space where students of all abilities can release tension, build awareness, and connect deeply with themselves.

 

Whether you're just beginning or looking to advance your practice, Cindy’s small group classes and private sessions are designed to help you integrate the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga for a truly enriching experience.

Yoga Studio

All Yoga Classes are held in Cindy's small private studio. The class size is kept to a maximum of 9 students to ensure personalised attention.

​Classes focus on moving with full body awareness, prioritising how one feels rather than overachieving specific postures. Students are encouraged to be patient, allowing their bodies to create space, soften, and relax into deeper movements.
